Practice includes:

Federal and state court litigation practice consists of injunctions, trial and appellate work, administrative hearings and arbitrations including United States Fourth Circuit and United States Supreme Court appellate litigation. Matters include contract, real estate, employment, business, communications and personal injury litigation.

Corporate practice consists of  formation issues, financing, public offerings, serving as general  counsel, advising boards of directors, and handling international and  domestic transactions. Matters include corporate formation, acquisitions  and mergers, business transactions, securities, employment, real  estate, licensing and intellectual property matters. Select matters  include underwritten initial public offerings of new technology company and bank holding company.

Communications practice consists of broadband, wireless, cellular, broadcast, and internet services including formation of new companies, acquisitions and mergers, FCC  hearings, and litigation. Select matters include representation of broadband providers, national wireless services licensee, broadcasters before the FCC, negotiation of international issues, and Federal Court injunctions and other civil litigation on behalf of broadcast and  Internet services clients.

Employment practice consists of negotiating employment contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and litigation.

Real estate practice consists of negotiating purchases and sales, leases, financings and litigation.

Probate and estate administration consists of administering complex estates.
